Tutor Comments format

Hi everybody!

For my Tutor Doctor students, Tutor Doctor head office has changed the format of their Session Report to help tutors format what to say.  It now looks like this:

  • Topics Covered

  • Strengths and Achievements
    •  
  • Areas for Improvement
    •  
  • To-Do Before Next Session
    •  

As a tutor with ‘experience’, I’ve been given a choice – to keep it the same or switch to the new format.  Which do you prefer?
